POSITION: PRODUCTION MERCHANDISER

Key Objectives

Process and manage customer orders, ensuring the best quality from raw materials to finished products and delivered to customers.

Responsibilities

• Implement all activities from receiving orders, tracking progress, to closing the production process.
• Participate in sample production and ensure quality and timeline before sending samples to customers.
• Communicate directly with international customers to ensure orders are delivered on time and comply with regulations to meet international quality standards; also identify, connect with, and explore potential markets and new customers.
• Work with the production department to arrange raw materials in a timely manner.
• Work with technical, purchasing, engineering, and quality management teams to ensure orders are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Calculate the cost of related goods and services.
• Ensure daily reports are completed on time, and any issues are resolved before reporting to the Merchandising Manager.

Experience and Desired Competencies

• Graduated from University/College, preferably in garment industry
• At least 1 year of experience in order tracking, fabric or garment-related material sourcing.
• Good communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills
• Willing to learn, proactive, cooperative with colleagues
