POSITION: MECHANIC TECHNICIAN

Key Objectives:

Ensure that all machines and equipment operate effectively to support factory production.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain machines and equipment in the factory.
• Implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly preventive maintenance plans.
• Protect and preserve machines and equipment to ensure long-term operation.
• Keep machines and production equipment in good working condition.
• Minimize machine downtime caused by breakdowns.
• Perform basic maintenance of factory electrical systems.
• Work closely with technical staff and line leaders to prepare machines and equipment for mass production.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Leader.

Experience and Desired Competencies:

• College or vocational degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in final inspection at garment manufacturing companies.
• Good job organization skills.
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving ability.
