POSITION: PATTERN MAKER

Key Objectives

Ensure design follows customer standards.

Provide accurate patterns, develop sample sewing, and implement production techniques timely.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing sample patterns and creating patterns based on customer requirements.
• Inspect, revise, and grade patterns for all product sizes.
• Prepare patterns and markers for subcontractor factories when required.
• Coordinate with sample sewing and production technicians to resolve any issues related to technical documents.
• Control technical standards and ensure products meet the required quality

Experience and Desired Competencies

• College degree or higher in Garment Technology or related fields.
• Able to communicate in English and read technical garment documents.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, proficient in Gerber pattern design software.
• Experience in pattern making, marker making, and size grading adjustments
