POSITION: QUALITY CONTROL STAFF

Key Objectives:

Ensure garment quality meets customer standards and company technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Read technical documents and verify specifications.
• Inspect finished goods.
• Measure product specifications according to the spec sheet and compare them with technical requirements.
• Detect defects, analyze the root cause, and coordinate meetings to ensure timely corrective actions.
• Prepare defect reports, monitor corrective status, and propose improvement solutions.
• Coordinate with the Technical Department, QC team, and Sewing Line Leaders to resolve arising issues.
• Ensure product quality meets requirements before shipment to customers.

Experience and Desired Competencies:

• Vocational/College degree or higher in Garment Technology.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in final inspection at garment manufacturing companies.
• Strong knowledge of technical standards, measurements, and AQL.
• Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible at work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
